Hair health is just as important as any other, and it’s been high up on my list to keep my shine up these days. To start, I wash my hair about twice a week. I use the goop scalp scrub once a week and Innersense Organics for shampoo and conditioner. I brush my hair with a wide tooth comb while it’s wet and note - very gently! When I feel like my hair could use an extra dose of nourishment, I use holi (locks) and holi (silk) by agent nateur. All of Jena’s products are creme de la creme in my opinion. I keep the heat at a minimum, using the Dyson hair dryer and Dryer blow dry bush for special occasions.

All that said, I think that hair, just like skin, is entirely reflective of your internal health, so I focus on eating lots of protein and keeping properly hydrated. I also see a noticeable difference when taking Heart & Soil skin, hair & nails regularly. It’s a strong dose of cartilage, liver and bone marrow which is packed with hyaluronic acid, collagen, biotin and more.
